Internet Explorer (IE) is series of graphical Web Browser designed, developed and sold by Microsoft. You can also use Internet Explorer to listen to and watch streaming content, access online banking, make purchases over the Internet, and much more. Generally, all device with Microsoft Windows Operating System comes with Internet Explorer already installed in it. Unless you install any other Browser, IE will continue to act as your default browser.
Uninstall the Internet Explorer
Sometimes the pre-installed Internet Explorer software may get corrupt, in that case, it is recommended to uninstall the older version and download the new upgraded software.
Follow the steps below to uninstall Internet Explorer, and, if desired, reinstall Internet Explorer again.
How to Uninstall and Reinstall Internet Explorer

Click on the Start or Windows button and select the Control Panel to open it.

Select the Programs and then Programs and Features. Choose the Programs and Features icon if you are using the control panel in icon view.

On the left side of the page, select the Turn Windows Features On & Off.

In the list of different programs, look for Internet Explorer and uncheck it.

An alert box will appear asking you for the permission, click Yes and then tap on OK button.

Restart your device to apply all the changes and Internet Explorer is removed.
Reinstall the Internet Explorer

Click on the Start or Windows button and select the Control Panel to open it.

Select the Programs and then Programs and Features. Choose the Programs and Features icon if you are using the control panel in icon view.

On the left side of the page, select the Turn Windows Features On & Off.

In the list of different programs, look for Internet Explorer and uncheck it.

An alert box will appear asking you for the permission, click Yes and then tap on OK button.

After the changes are applied, click the Restart now button to restart the computer.
Troubleshoot Microsoft Internet Explorer

Firstly, try to refresh the page by press F5 key on your keyboard.

Remove all the other tabs open on your browser expect one. Also,
close all other software running on your device. -
Clear browsing history, cache memory and saved cookies from the Internet Explorer Browser.

Remove any Unknown and Damaged download from the browser.
♦ Go to the Tools menu on the Internet Explorer
♦ Click on Internet Options, select Settings button.
♦ Select the View Objects buttons, select all the damaged and unknown
software and press Delete key. -
Keep your security setting to medium as some websites may not
work properly with high security. -
Restore default or change your browser settings to default.
♦ Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
♦ Click on the Advanced tab and choose the Restore Default option.

Disable or uninstall all the Internet Explorer Add-ons.
♦ Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
♦ Click on the Programs tab and then click on the
Manage add-ons button.♦ Select all the add-ons on the list and Disable them.
If you want to delete any of those add-ons then select and Delete it. -
Close the Internet Explorer and restart your PC.
