When using a Printer, a user can face a number of issues. This can be due to many reasons including the wrong configuration of the printer. You can try these methods to troubleshoot this issue:
Method 1 - Check the Connection between Printer and Computer
In order to troubleshoot the issue, you need check whether the computer and Epson printer is correctly connected or not. In order to connect your printer to the computer, you can either try the wireless method or the USB cable method.
For USB Connection:

If your printer is connected to the Computer using a USB cable then,

Turn off the computer and power down the Printer.

Remove the power cable from the wall socket and the printer as well.

Once the computer is turned off, slow take out the USB cable.

Now, wait for the at least 30 seconds.

In the meantime, you can clean the Printer and Computer using the dry piece of cloth.

After that, turn on the Computer and plug the Power Cable to the wall socket & printer.

Turn on the printer and check whether the computer is ready.

Now take the USB cable, connect it to the printer and computer.

The computer will display the status of the newly added device.

You should take out a rough print.
For Wireless Connection:

If your printer supports the wireless network connection for the device, you can follow these steps.

Turn off the router that is used for the Wireless connection.

Now wait for the 15 seconds and then turn on the router again.

On the Epson printer, check this network is added or not.

If not, then click on the Wireless name and enter the password when prompted.

Once the printer is connected to the wireless, check your computer status.

Connect the computer to the same wireless network.

Now check whether the printer appears on the connected device option.

If yes, the take out a rough print.

Otherwise, you can contact the Epson support regarding the issues that you are facing.
Method 2 - Remove the Epson Printer from Offline Use
If you are using multiple printers or your device has multiple printers added to the accessories list. Then you can get this issue. This is due to the Epson Printers has been set to the offline mode or offline printers. You can resolve the issue by following these steps.

Launch the Control Panel on your Windows Computer.

Now go to the Device and Printer on the Control Panel.

A list of all the devices connected to the computer will
appear on the screen. -
Navigate to the Epson Printer and right-click on it.

Click on “See what’s printing” from the submenu.

From the toolbar, click on the Printer and check whether
“Use Printer Offline” button is unchecked or not. -
If it is checked then click on it to uncheck it.

Also, add the Epson Printer as Default Printer.

Now you can try and take out a printer using the Epson
printer.

Method 3 - Clear the Printer Jobs or Print Queue
If the printer has some print jobs from the previous command then it may not print the latest document. This is due to the fact that the print job is already taken. You can remove the print job by following these steps:

Launch the Control Panel by click on the Start button.

Now go to the Devices and Printers.

Here, you will be able to see the devices connected to
your computer. -
Navigate to the Epson printer and right click on it.

From the submenu, choose to “See what’s printing” button.

A list of all the print jobs will appear.

Finally, click on the clear or remove button to clear all the
print jobs for the Epson Printer.
You can check whether the error is fixed by taking out a rough print. If the error persists then you can try the next method.
Method 4 - Reinstall or Update the Epson Printer Driver
If you are using an outdated version of the Epson printer driver then there is a chance that your printer may not work properly. In such a case, you need to update or reinstall the Epson Printer Driver. You can get the updated version of the driver from the official website.

Open a web browser on your computer and visit epson on it.

Now navigate to the Support button at the header section of the website.

From the submenu, choose Printers.

On the next page, select the printer model that you are using.

Navigate and click on Driver. Download the desired driver.

After that, install the recently downloaded driver and continue.
