Error(UPW003) Webroot Error Message:  Your reset password request cannot be processed

If you are trying to reset your login credentials to your SecureAnywhere online management account and you get Webroot Error Message.

Error(UPW003): Your reset password request cannot be processed as your details do not match

  • This may mean your account has not been created or not yet been confirmed.
  • It could also mean that the email address you typed in had a typo, or that you used another email address to make your account.
  • If you have not created an account yet, you can create an online management account. You will be asked to create a Password and Personal Security Code.
  • If you have already created an account, but have not confirmed it yet. Then confirm it to avoid Error UPW003.

Error(URFL103): Unable to register the keycode

When trying to create an account on our account management website, you may receive Webroot Error Message.

Error(URFL103): Unable to register the keycode

  • This means that you are trying to register your keycode and create a new account; however, the keycode has already been registered.
  • Instead of creating an account, try logging in to our account management website.  
  • You may have used another email address when creating the account.  Try other email addresses you may have used.
  • The email address may be correct, but the password is not. Then reset the password.

Error(UPA004): Your password reset cannot be processed

When trying to reset a password, you may receive the following error

  • This can occur when the answer to the secret question was not entered correctly.
  • The secret question is personal information entered during account creation for security.
  • The answer to the secret question is case sensitive, so you may want to try different capitalization if you receive this error.

Error(UCR2): Invalid Security Code Credentials

When activating your SecureAnywhere web console account, you will be asked to enter two characters from the personal security code you chose during the signup process. If you enter the requested characters of your security code incorrectly, you will receive the following error:

  • In order to resolve this error, try re-entering the requested characters from your security code.
  • Your security code is a code you created when you set up your account. It is not the same as your keycode. Your security code is comprised of a minimum of 6 letters or numbers and is different from your password and security question.
  • We would request that you first try to remember what you had created.
  • Also, keep in mind the credentials you created are case sensitive. If you are able to recall your credentials, click the link in your email to finish setting up your account.
  • If you’re unable to remember the security code or it isn’t working for you, we would like to work with you over the phone to help you access your account and reset your login credentials as necessary.

There may be an add-on in Internet Explorer that is blocking access to your online account.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Navigate to Tools > Manage Add-ons.

  • Find in this list “Google Frame.” Click on this add-on to select it and then click on the Disable button below.
