If you recently updated from Quicken 2015 to the latest release

You will need to refresh branding and profile settings. If you haven’t upgraded from Quicken 2015, continue to the Delete Temporary Internet Files section below.

  • Select the Tools menu, then choose the Online Center.
  • Click the Financial Institution drop-down arrow and select the financial institution.
  • Press CTRL+Shift while selecting Contact Info.
  • Select one of the accounts associated with the bank from the dropdown list
  • Select Financial Institution Branding and Profile from the list and click Refresh.
  • Click OK and go online by clicking the Update/Send button.
  • Attempt your online session again.

Windows 10

  • Click the Start button and select the Control Panel. In Windows 10, the Control Panel is located in the Windows System folder in the Start menu.
  • Click Network and Internet.
  • Then click Internet Options.
  • Click the General tab, and then click Delete under Browsing history.
  • Finally, Click Delete all, click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information, and then click OK.

Windows 10 (Alternate)

If you do not see the Control Panel, following these steps:

  • Right-click the Start button and select the File Explorer.
  • Right-click the C: drive and select Properties.
  • Click Disk Cleanup.
  • Uncheck everything except Temporary Internet Files.
  • Click OK.
  • Click Delete Files.

Windows 7/8

  • Firstly, Click the Start button and choose Control Panel.
  • Click Network and Internet.
  • Then click Internet Options.
  • Click the General tab, and then click Delete under Browsing history.
  • Finally, Click Delete all, click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information, and then click OK.
