  • On the left side of the page, select the Turn Windows Features On & Off.

  • In the list of different programs, look for Internet Explorer and uncheck it.

  • An alert box will appear asking you for the permission, click Yes and then tap on OK button.

  • Restart your device to apply all the changes and Internet Explorer is removed.

Reinstall the Internet Explorer

  • Click on the Start or Windows button and select the Control Panel to open it.

  • Select the Programs and then Programs and Features. Choose the Programs and Features icon if you are using the control panel in icon view.

  • On the left side of the page, select the Turn Windows Features On & Off.

  • In the list of different programs, look for Internet Explorer and uncheck it.

  • An alert box will appear asking you for the permission, click Yes and then tap on OK button.

  • After the changes are applied, click the Restart now button to restart the computer.

  • Keep your security setting to medium as some websites may not work properly with high security.

  • Restore default or change your browser settings to default.

    ♦ Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.

    ♦ Click on the Advanced tab and choose the Restore Default option.

  • Disable or uninstall all the Internet Explorer Add-ons.

    ♦ Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.

    ♦ Click on the Programs tab and then click on the Manage add-ons button.

    ♦ Select all the add-ons on the list and Disable them. If you want to delete any of those add-ons then select and Delete it.

  • Close the Internet Explorer and restart your PC.
